Be understood for the services you actually offer.

SEO and AI visibility reviews for small businesses in Metro Detroit. SEO helps customers find relevant information through search. AEO focuses on how clearly answer systems can understand that information. We examine the same real business, then report search results and AI answer observations separately.

Understand what customers can find, where information is missing and which changes deserve attention. Implementation and ongoing reviews are scoped separately.

Our starting point

AI readiness: found, understood, contacted.

A mention in an AI answer is only part of the journey. Customers and their authorized assistants need accurate business details, clear services and a usable next step.

Found
Review public business information, relevant profiles and website access. Observe which businesses appear for the agreed services and customer areas.
Understood
Explain what you do, where you work, who the service fits and how to request it. Use genuine work evidence and answers customers can check.
Contacted
Check the agreed enquiry or booking route and who handles the response. A button click is not proof that a request was received or an appointment was made.

Booking tools and agent integrations are optional, agreed separately and tested on the platforms they support. A visibility review does not establish that every AI assistant can book or act for your business.

Start with your services and customer areas.

Define the review
Confirm the services you want to grow, where customers are located and which questions matter. A general contractor search is not a substitute for checking each agreed service.
Compare relevant businesses
Choose competitors that overlap with those services and areas. Separate a company with similar work from one that merely appears in a search result.
Record what appeared
Keep the query or prompt, date, platform and available search conditions. Google Search, Maps and AI answers are different surfaces, not one combined ranking.
Explain the priorities
Separate confirmed problems, useful strengths and unanswered questions. Show the evidence, explain the proposed change and identify what would need more access.

Writing a town name in a search does not prove the search was made from that town. Local observations state how location was established and what the method cannot confirm.

Improve the foundations that deserve attention.

  • Business accuracy. Clear services, audiences, contact details and real service areas across your website and relevant profiles.
  • Technical access. Crawl and index controls, canonical URLs, sitemaps, internal links, loading behavior and mobile usability.
  • Useful answers. Specific explanations of fit, process, limitations and common customer questions, supported by genuine experience and evidence.
  • Structured information. Relevant markup that agrees with visible, accurate content. A schema label is not proof that an AI system will cite you.
  • Measurement. Authorized Search Console and analytics data, defined enquiry events and a baseline when that work is included.

No fake locations, bought reviews or large batches of interchangeable city pages. Google says its AI search features do not require special AI markup or an llms.txt file. Read Google's guidance.

Know what the findings mean.

Can a public review show whether I get leads?

It can identify visible strengths and gaps, but it cannot establish your traffic, completed calls, sales or revenue. Those require appropriate account data and an agreed measurement method.

Can you guarantee rankings or AI citations?

No. Results vary by query, location, platform and time. We can improve supported foundations and document observations, not control Google's rankings or an AI system's recommendations.

Will I get one overall AI score?

Not an unexplained number. If a scored audit is agreed, its criteria, evidence and missing information must be visible. Search readiness and AI discoverability are separate categories; observed citations are reported separately.

What happens after the review?

You receive priorities and their reasons. Approved implementation is scoped separately. Continued measurement and reviews need an agreed schedule, suitable data and clear responsibilities.
