How we work
One useful piece of work at a time.
We connect assessment, implementation, and measurement. Your goals guide the work, available data informs the next step, and you stay in control of changes.
Meet
Understand your services, customers, and goals. Review your website, profiles, and visibility by service and location.
Plan
Agree the deliverables, cost, responsibilities, account access and measures of success. Identify separate hosting or software fees before work starts.
Build
Create or improve the website, business information, and agreed tracking. You approve changes before they go live.
Check
Test usability and technical setup, then review available search, traffic, and enquiry data.
Grow
Use results to choose the next change. Review, improve, and measure again on an agreed schedule.
What you receive
Findings you can check. Priorities you can use.
A useful assessment explains what is working as well as what needs attention. Its depth depends on the agreed scope. A short public review is not the same as a full technical audit.
- The starting point
- The services, customer areas, pages and search questions included in the review.
- The evidence
- Relevant links, dated observations and technical findings, with unknowns and limitations kept visible.
- The priorities
- What to leave alone, what to fix first and what needs account access or more evidence before a decision.
- The next step
- An explanation of the proposed work and how it would be checked. Nothing changes in your accounts just because we assessed them.
After approved implementation, we record what changed and what passed its checks. Ongoing reviews and reporting are agreed separately.
