The right level of support

Start simple. Go deeper when it helps.

You might need one good website, help with your Google Business Profile, or a closer look at why customers are finding competitors first. Choose the work your business needs, not a bigger package for its own sake.

You keep ownership of your accounts. We use agreed access, and you approve changes before they go live.

Digital essentials

Get the essentials in place.

A website, a Google Business Profile, or both. Clear business information and an easy way for customers to contact you.

Websites & content

A simple site can do its job well. We also build more detailed sites or improve an existing one, with clear services, readable pages and a useful contact route.

Design, development, and technical review.
What website work can include
  • Domain and hosting setup or a careful move from an existing provider, with business email records preserved.
  • Service pages, navigation, accessible content and layouts checked on phones and desktops.
  • Page speed, image delivery and contact form checks before an agreed launch.

Digital setup & local presence

Google Business Profile setup and support, business email and relevant directories. We help get your name, phone, services, photos and genuine customer review practices in order.

Setup and updates with owner approval.
What profile and account work can include
  • Eligibility, categories, service areas, hours and business details checked against how you actually operate.
  • Verification guidance using genuine evidence. Google decides verification and approval.
  • Consistent public information across relevant listings, with a private home address kept private where appropriate.
  • Owner controlled accounts and agreed access. A website and a Google Business Profile are separate assets.

Visibility and competitor research

Understand where you stand.

For businesses that want more than a presence. Find specific gaps in how customers discover and understand each service you offer.

SEO, AEO & competitor analysis

Search engine optimization (SEO) and answer engine optimization (AEO). Review your website and profiles, compare relevant competitors by service and location, then improve the pages and business information that need attention.

A documented assessment and prioritized improvement plan.
The technical work and the evidence behind it
  • Service and area research. Agree on actual services, customer locations and relevant competitors. Record queries, dates, platforms and search conditions. A location named in a query is not proof of a search physically made there.
  • Search and AI visibility. Sample agreed Google Search, Maps and AI answer queries separately. Record observed placement, mentions and citations, rather than treating one search as a permanent ranking.
  • Technical SEO. Check crawling and indexing, page titles, canonical URLs, sitemaps, internal links, mobile usability and loading performance.
  • Answer ready content. Clear service explanations, useful questions and answers, and structured data that matches visible, accurate business information. No guaranteed ranking or AI citation.
  • Priorities with reasons. Separate verified problems from hypotheses, explain the business relevance, and identify what owner account access would be needed to confirm more.

Measurement and continued improvement

See what works. Choose what comes next.

For businesses ready to measure enquiries, understand available performance data and keep improving on an agreed schedule.

Analytics & growth planning

Google Analytics and Search Console setup, plus tracking for agreed customer actions. Establish a baseline, review available data, choose improvements, and check the effect of each change.

Measurement and ongoing reviews, scoped to your business.
How measurement guides the next change
  • Owner authorized access, Google Analytics 4 and Search Console configuration, and checks that agreed measurement actually records.
  • Defined actions such as enquiry submissions, booking completions or call button clicks. A click is not automatically a completed call, sale or revenue.
  • A baseline and scheduled reviews of available search, traffic and enquiry data. Missing data is reported as unknown, not zero.
  • A repeatable loop: assess, prioritize, approve, implement, verify and review. You approve substantive changes and keep ownership of your accounts.

Know what you are agreeing to.

Before work starts, we agree the deliverables, your responsibilities, the cost and any separate hosting or software fees. Implementation, ongoing updates and additional features are included only when agreed.
